Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, then download and print your prepaid USPS shipping label.
Pack Your Shoes
Place your unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a shipping box, ensuring you attach the prepaid label clearly on the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized USPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 7-10 business days.
